From the time that Heintzman and
Company started to manufacture pianos in Toronto, Canada, unlike many of
their competitors, they aimed at high-quality rather than low-cost
instruments. That high reputation that was established in 1866 has
been maintained for over one hundred and forty years.
Over the years many awards have
been presented to Heintzman for innovative improvements to the piano
that have given Heintzman superb tone that is described as a "unique
voice, one that is all at once sweet, rich, resonant and alive."
The cabinets are both classic and
elegant with a wide variety of finishes.
The original drawings, scale and
designs and production equipment of the Canadian Heintzman Piano Factory
are being utilized by Beijing Heintzman Co. Ltd. They are
introducing new models, as well as improving production techniques,
keeping in mind the tradition of high-quality and fine workmanship that
was established in 1860 by Heintzman and Co. of Toronto, Canada. |
