There is no relevant math or accounting formula available from our research that could be reliably used to define client value for a subject company in the context of a business valuation. We have a multi-page position paper to address the client base.

We use an application of relevant entrepreneurial business ownership experience to identify, weigh, and measure the client base at “fair market value “as we are required to do for compliance with the Canada Income Tax Act. This is not an exact science. We must rely on relevant entrepreneurial business experience. This is part of our unique methodology.
