The
Subdivision
A new
subdivision has been developed in one of Lumsden's newest and
most distinctive residential areas. This subdivision
consists of 27 lots in total spanning two bay locations;
Cottonwood Place and Elm Bay. The area is located in the
Northwest corner of Lumsden and backs onto a municipal
park. This subdivision was established to attract
homeowners who want to live in a quiet community within a short
distance of Regina. All lots in this subdivision will be
fully serviced. As well, minimum requirements for building
must be met through our quality controls. Housing
development is scheduled to begin in the Spring of this year.
