What We Do: The Basic Steps of Pouring Curbs |

Ground Preparation Trenching and ground preparation is completed to ready landscape for installation. The trench is cut wide enough to accommodate the machine and to insure a correct placement of curbing to sod. Existing landscape is not disturbed. |

Curb Extrusion A mixture of mortar sand, Portland cement and a special bonding and reinforcing polypropylene fiber creates a strong, durable concrete product. This mixture is fed into a beautiful continuous landscape border. |

Finishing Touches The operator gives the finishing touches with specially designed trowels. As an added precaution to ground movement, control joints are cut half way through the curbing. This gives some flexibility to this very strong, fiber-reinforced product. |

Job Complete Simply beautiful and completed in half the time of traditional curb laying methods. This is a permanent landscape border that is durable, functional and affordable. |
