I was born into an airforce family of four brothers and one sister.  Over the years my family was stationed at various bases across Canada.  Observing the diverse beauty in the land and its people inspired my interest in landscape painting.     At art school I was taught by several great artists including the internationally established David Holmes (New York).

	After teachers college and two years of teaching art, I met my husband, a university professor.  We located on an acreage overlooking the Sannich Inlet just outside Victoria BC.

	We have two wonderful sons, many animals and an active lifestyle of building, landscaping and chasing horses.

	Everyday I enjoy working in my studio and creating something exciting.  It is a pleasure through this medium called computer technology to share my art with you.
