All the rooms are clean, and nicely decorated.

There are 7 double rooms, and 1 single room.

The Smeaton also provides 3 sleeping-only rooms.
The Hotel also has 4 suites available. At present, they are all leased to tenants.
One of these suites is a 1 bedroom living quarters. The owners do not live on-site, so this suite is also being leased out.

As you can see, the service / kitchen area has plenty of room to move about in.
The shelving (on the left) makes a functional divider between the cooking and service areas.

The customers always have a good time when they visit the pub.
Gord (on far left), and Jeannette (behind the bar) take good care of their customers.
The pool table is included in the sale of the Smeaton Hotel.

There is also a juke box which is leased under a 50/50 split of proceeds.
There are also 3 video lottery terminals.
