  About the Business

  The present owners have built the business for the last thirty-three years and wish to retire. They currently have contracts to do all of Coronach's cable installs and services for the local cable companies.

  It is the only electrical, refrigeration, supply and repair company in town and for 25 miles around. The company is currently an authorized dealer for Maytag, Inglis, G.E, and Crosley appliances and is involved with Sears repairs. This is the ideal business for a journeymen electrician. This is a constantly growing business with room for expansion.

  With a population of approximately 950, Coronach is located 100 miles south of Moose Jaw on Highway #36, and on the Assiniboia-Big Beaver branch line of the Canadian Pacific Railway. Coronach is on Highways #18 and 36 on Assiniboia-Coronach branch of CPR. It is twelve miles from the Coronach customs - U.S.A office.

  The annual precipitation average is 7" to 15". Summers are hot and dry, with winters cold and periodically modified by Chinook winds from Alberta.

  Your main customers are the farmers in the area, the town people, Poplar River 600 Megawatt Power Station and Poplar River Mine Luscar Ltd.
