Lestock is just northeast of Regina, above Fort San & Lipton.

Lestock, Saskatchewan has a population of 350 persons.  The local trading area extends to the four, nearby reserves.  Amenities include a Credit Union, Co-op grocer, Co-op garage, 2 service stations, a drug store a laundromat, a restaurant and one convenience store.  There is also a hospital and two physicians.  Although there are no local schools, all children are bused to neighbouring town, for all grades.  A new school has opened on the reserve just out of town.
