ABOUT THE COMMUNITY:

Estevan is the energy centre of Saskatchewan.  Population 11,000.  It is located at the junction of Hwys No. 18, No. 39 and No. 47.  The city offers all amenities including a hospital, health clinics, doctors and schools.  In addition, many recreational activities are offered at the public swimming pool.  Golf  and countless winter activities are also available.  The main industry of the region include coal mining, farming and all facets of oil field operations.
