Stockholm is on the No. 9 Hwy.  Population - 360.  This is a very well kept community with lot of new houses in the area.  Local businesses include a hardware store, gas station (both gas and diesel available), post office, Town Hall, grocer and liquor vendor, credit union, cafe, insurance agency, hair salon and a hotel.

Stockholm is 10 minutes from round lake, one of the best vacation spots in eastern Saskatchewan.  The community also offers a  modern K-9 (kindergarten thru 9th grade) school.  High school students are bused to Esterhazy, SK (13km).  A hospital and doctor are also located in Esterhazy.
