FEATURES:
-
This business began as a repair and prototype
shop. Over time, as CNC became more commonly available, we’ve added
some limited manufacturing capabilities, and have some customers who
repeat orders with us, on an annual basis. We are involved in the
leaf cutter bee harvester business as a contractor for machine
building, in a niche market, producing as many as 6 machines per
year.
-
Through internet contacts, we also do limited
parts manufacturing where our CNC equipment provides us the
advantage to manufacture at an attractive price point.
-
With the extra lot available beside the existing
building, it is feasible for the new owner to add another building
to double the work area. This would make sense if local economic
conditions warrant the expansion to provide more space for more
machinery, or to add more welding/fabrication equipment area.
LAND
AND TAXES:
- Lot 8 and
9, Blk 75, 109 foot frontage x 104 feet
- Gross sales

- Annual
taxes: $2275.00
- Water and
sewer utilities: $460 per year (2012)
- Gas and
Electric utilities: $3000 per year (with moderate welding activity)
