Saskatchewan, and Manitoba. Our motto is to give the consumer the
opportunity to own their cylinders with a buy back option, rather than
pay rent for the cylinder and lose all the equity.
This business can be run
alone, or alongside another small business. This business can easily be
relocated. The business is profitable, and could be even more
profitable if additional time were invested in its
operation. With the right management,
your dealer network could increase from 50 to 100+ dealers. Presently we
have several commercial and many individual accounts, along with retail
sales.
The terms on becoming a
dealer are quite simple, a purchase of 5 cylinders was the only
requirement. This would service you and your neighbor. Once your
neighbor finds out you can purchase a cylinder rather that renting, with
a buy back option, your purchase of cylinders becomes 10, and the
dealers become there own business owners. With profits of their own. We
also had indicated that a dealer be set up within a 20 mile radius of
any other dealer.
We have cylinders of all
sizes along with the gases, we have welding supplies such as welding
wire, welding rod, tips, hoses, etc, which will give you more variety
for customers to come to your store. We will provide you with suppliers
for all our products, as well as catalogues.
We will provide training
(within a certain time period) to help you locate all the dealers in
which to deliver the cylinders and gases to. We will provide you with
the list of dealers and customers that we currently are servicing.
Also
included in the sale: 1994
- Mac Truck - $27,000 which we use for the delivery of the
cylinders and gases to deliver in Saskatchewan, Manitoba and Alberta.
The Mac truck is diesel run and has a power tailgate. Currently there
are 300,000 km on the truck.
The gases are currently
being filled by Praxair in Saskatoon.
