  • Sewer System - sewer field put in during construction of buildings.  The restaurant and laundry are on same sewer field, the motel has its' own sewer field.

  • Water System - Well dug through to natural, underground spring.  Annual testing has never revealed any impurities.

 LAND 

  • 12.2 acres of property.  Titled.  Free of liens.

  • Stocked lake behind restaurant.  Great swimming and fishing.

  • Cleared area for RV park down by the lake.  (No services by lake, but potential is there)

  • 6 spots for RV's beside shop.  Sewer and power serviced.  Dumping station for RV's is also available.
