The Gizzard Inn is comprised of a beverage room, restaurant (not in use), 4 guest rooms and a 3 bedroom living quarters.

All fixtures go with the sale.  There is also a restaurant (presently closed) on the main floor with expansion possibilities.

Clientele come from miles around for off sales or a 'cool one'.  Two VLT's and a television  provide additional  entertainment for guests.
