The Motel is immaculate, and the decor is simply
lovely. The rooms are indeed cozy, with beautiful
handmade quilts on every bed. |

shows a double room. The room features vertical blinds, a
rattan night table and of course handmade quilts on the
beds. |

The room also has a television and a
kitchenette, complete with microwave, fridge and dishes. |

shows a single room. There is also a hide-a-bed, so the
room can sleep four people. |

Not only does this single room have a
kitchenette, but it also has a small eating area. |
| This
portable is being renovated into 2 additional guest
rooms. Both of these units will have kitchenettes and two
beds with a hide-a-bed sofa. |

In addition, the Motel has a living quarters for
the owner to reside in. Photos of the living quarters

| The motel is on 1.78 acres of river-front
property. The Moyie river flows year round and provides a
lovely back drop for the campground and RV park. |
| There are
also 3 mobile home pads which are fully serviced with
water, sewer and natural gas hook-ups. These spots may be used by RV's
as well, with all hook-up's available.
