| If we want to have a simple startup system I would
recommend that we have an ad for the computer nerd like
the one on the right. OUR LOCAL COMPUTER EXPERT. This person would be local expert (The Newspaper said so) who gets to give people computer training. In return for the promotion they do the free work for us staying on top of the local sports and local news and local events. We keep the reins on this person by making sure all the money runs through us. Even if we give him or her 90% of the money we still want to be in control. You can pass it off as "sorry this is the rules from head office" This way we can get a new local expert if this one got out of hand. (The Newspaper and Internet site Say it is So, SO IT WOULD BE ). This person would be expected to promote the purchase of computer equipment from the local suppliers in the area who advertise in the paper. Lyles job is just to keep control of the content. |
WANTED Could you be our Davidson computer expert. Internet skills plus basic website design knowledge a must. email eric@pin.ca |

Below you see how the advertising for local websites might appear in the newspaper. |
Local Content Websites www.pin.ca/sabri Check out Omar's restaurant. Chef Omar will show you some real treats and the noon buffet at $5.95 is a real bargin. The writer strongly recommends the nann bread. View complete menu on the Internet. |
Revenue Split Split on income could be 50% facilitator and the balance for us or whatever we feel appropriate. Residual income would be split 1/3 each for newspaper, facilitator and pin.ca. I believe this situation would be win win win win for everyone, the newspaper, the facilitator/expert, the client and pin.ca |
