Through our International Internet Portal we received over 900,000 hits in October. 40% of the hits were from Canada, 40% from USA, and the balance from the rest of the world. We have a display ad in "Woods and Waters USA" who sell 30,000 papers to hunter and fishermen across USA and Canada. www.pin.ca and associated sites are at the top of a large number of search engines for a great many searches. This is why we are getting nearly a million hits per month. We have the bases covered.

We are old timers in this industry. www.pin.ca is in its 6th year of operation and we have tens of millions of dollars in property listed on our site. When you call on a client representing this product you can be sure they are going to receive the very best quality and service. We feel and many of our clients feel that we deliver much more than real estate agents at a much more economical price. We can arrange for most, and in some cases for the entire fee to be paid from proceeds of sale. Our fees range from 1% to 3% of value depending on a number of factors. We split fees with agents. Your end would generally be in the 50% range of total fee collected. Real Estate experience is helpful but not a prerequisite to working with us. License is not required.

Mandatory requirements: Must have many years of people experience, some of them in sales. Must have a car and valid driver's license. Must be a self-starter and be able to work without supervision. In order to be successful you must be able to explain fully what it is we provide for the client. You then have to ask them to purchase. If you can do this, you will make sales. There are no tricks, nothing is hidden, just explain what we do. With our formula we feel we should be able to capture 15% of any market we go into. Do some math. How many million dollar businesses and commercial properties change hands every year in your area. 1% of a million dollars is a $10,000.00 fee (minimum deal) Your end could be $5,000.00
