In June of 2022 I did a business valuation for a client who rents and sells small mobile cold storage units. He is setting up distribution Licensees across Calgary and the US.
When I looked at this client's methodology, his processes, procedures, systems, and how much utility there was in what he had to offer I was in awe. My client and his partners actually have a license to print money; and they are willing to grow the opportunity with other people.
What he has to offer is so good, I was willing to work with him selling licenses. I see it as a no lose proposition for anyone with the right experience. (full disclosure; this is a paid position).
My client is run off his feet and would like to sell minority shares or even 50% shares of his company to an experienced energetic partner to help run the company during this huge expansion stage. Cost will be less than a Million Dollars plus inventory. Generous terms could be offered to the right people. It is the management workforce that is needed, not the money.
