Pay Master handy to pay bills or paycheques!

This a B.C. Ladderhoist.

It is powered by a 2hp 115volt/220volt electric motor with electric brake and a side reduction gear box, driving a cable loaded drum with the cable running over a pully at the top, pulling the carrier up or down and comes in sections of 24', 12', 8', and 4'.  This coupled together extends to 48' high.  It takes 20 minutes to set up and 10 minutes to take it down.  It can lift a maximum load of 300 lbs.  It is operated from the base with a forward/reverse switch.

Our Church was in need of a chimney pot and concrete drip cap. And after 100 years out to the elements with some pointing up now and then undoubtedly, that's not a bad tract record.

I lowered the chimney six feet and then installed the concrete dripcap and Chimney Pot with Raincap Pot (total height +/- 3' on top.

Cost of the whole job $850.
(5hrs of work with 2 men plus homemade
materials and equipment). PTL
