The House

The house is 1316sq ft. and has 2 bedrooms a den/office two bath rooms.  The house sits on about 11 acres with 7 acres on the otherside of the river and another 6-7 acres across the hwy and just about 50 acres on the bluff across the hwy. The newer portion of the house was added on about 5 years ago and is very spacious and comfortable. There are two wells with an abundance of water to support this home and all it's water needs. You can irrigate the garden and lawns when necessary even in the heat of the summer and never worry about water.

You can veiw the goings on in the backyard as you relax on the spacious deck off the living room. The deck measures 30' X 10' and is covered with the overhang of the roof.  A set of weather tight French Doors are the entrance to the house off the deck From the deck your view is of the colorful rose garden and in the background is the ornamental fish pond and patio

Here's another veiw of the livingroom that shows how bright it really is. The fancy woodstove in this picture will heat the whole house. The house also has electric heaters.

The master bedroom is very spacious with many windows including patio window doors that take you to the backyard. The bedroom also has large closets that will give you lots of room for all your "stuff" Left is a veiw of the bathroom "ensuite" to the master bedroom. This is a very luxurious bathroom with a large soaker/jet tub.

This "Boat Garden"  is what that bedroom patio door opens up to! Notice the greenhouse in the background.
