The sale includes all equipment, leasehold improvements and a favourable lease.  In addition, all of the recipes that have made Pedro's such a successful Mexican food restaurant are also included.  These recipes could also be licensed for use in other eating establishments.

Pedro's in a seasonal, outdoor cafe.  All of the seating is on an outdoor, brick patio.  It would however, be very easy to put up a portable shelter (see example HERE), and remain open all year round.

The rent is currently $550.00 per month and a long-term (3 - 5 year) lease is available.  Rent includes almost everything except power.  The equipment (complete list is pending) is all electric, a good thing in BC where hydro rates are reasonable and supply is not a problem!
