HISTORY:
This Shop has
serviced the automotive industry for the past 16 years. Through
excellence of service and quality workmanship, a loyal clientele
base of repeat customers has been built. There is a lot of good in
the goodwill. The current owners have been building the business
for the last 6 years. It has shown continuous growth with a
variety of markets still to be pursued. In the last 2 years all
the primary application equipment has been replaced with the
latest in spray technology. They have the most advanced equipment
amongst all their competitors, which gives an edge in turnaround
service. |
The shop is in the North
West of Edmonton. Sales were built up to $1,500,000 in 2008 by
being aggressive and using a service truck to pursue industrial;
but we quit that in 2009 to concentrate more on the bottom line.
The service truck model served well as advertising. Beginning in
2010 we looked for, and found, another store in South Edmonton and
bought it in mid June of 2010. Our senior partner is now looking
to cash out for retirement and consolidate managing partners into
the south location closest to residence. The shop is and will
remain fully staffed with trained applicators. A franchise
agreement serves to protect the buyer. |
