Located at the east end of the lodge. Equipped with 9 Huebsch, top load washers, 4 Wascomat, natural gas 30lb dryers, 60gal rapid recovery water heater.
Only laundromat within 50km radius. Personalized laundry service is not provided at this time, (but is requested).

Seasonal Trailer Sites

19 sites fully serviced with 30 Amp. power, potable well water, (softened, iron-filtered, micro ionized, charcoal filtered, chlorinated) sewage line, irrigation water. Sites vary in size.
There has never been a vacancy since 1986.

centrally located on the west side of the lodge unit, for the use of Sunset Bay Resort guests.

Full Service Marina

Fee for service launching, premium fuel. The only refueling facility on Emma Lake where watercrafts are refueled on the water. Double transfer pumps, with breakaway connections.
Floating Dock with 64 seasonal watercraft mooring stalls.

The Only Commercial Marina on Emma Lake

Approved double containment 25,000-liter environmental fuel storage system. Year round single pump (card lock potential) alongside fuel tank for service on land of Vehicles, ATV, and Snowmobiles. The ONLY winter fueling facility on Emma Lake. 440 km of groomed snowmobile trail.

Kayaks, Canoe, Paddle Boards, life jackets. There is no other watercraft rental facility on Emma Lake. A great location for expansion of services.

Beach

Located in front of the Restaurant and East of the Marina is the public beach, swimming and picnic are. This beautiful sandy suntan beach is on crown land for public use. Modern flush washrooms, Volleyball net.
