Lost Meadows Resort was purchased
and completely renovated in 2005. In its infancy stages, it has become a
very popular place visited by repeat guests from as far away as the
United States, Europe and coast to coast Canada. We are a year round
resort, offering some of the best accommodations and services on the
popular Lake of the Prairies. With so much to see and do in the area,
there is plenty of potential to expand. During the spring and summer
months our guests enjoy camping, fishing, boating, golfing and a variety
of other area attractions. The fall and winter hosts a variety of guests
enjoying big game hunting, goose hunting, ski-doo trails, one of
Manitoba’s best ski hills and some of the best ice fishing in the
province.
Lost Meadows Resort can be
operated as a year round business or as a seasonal business, offering

Lost Meadows Resort is located on the Lake of the Prairies. Lake of the
Prairies offers world class walleye fishing and well sought after
species like perch and pike. Lake of the Prairies was constructed in
1968 by impounding the Assiniboine River near Shellmouth Manitoba. The
lake which formed behind this dam is 30 miles long and has a surface
area of 15,000 acres.
